Description:

High tensile strength aluminum foil made from special high quality aluminum foil, coated with aggressive solvent-based acrylic adhesive, which provide strong stickiness, good peel strength, high tensile strength and great ageing resistance.

Base Material: aluminum foil tape. Thickness can be customized

Release Paper: Single shield or according to request.

Adhesive: acrylic pressure-sensitive adhesive

Core: Φ76mm(±1,0)mm

Thickness: 10-50um

Applications:

Widely be used in refrigeration equipment, evaporimeter, radiator, building object insulation electronic component, and air-conditioning facility etc.

Appearance Quality

1,Surface of the tape should be smooth and neat. Excellent thickness uniformity.

2,smooth fracture surface which the dimensional accuracy reach 0.01mm. No adhesive residue and overflow.

3,wrap up tightly, no looseness interlamination

4,No gap or crumple between release paper and aluminum foil.

5,High peel strength, no conglutination.

6,One joint is allowed within 25m length tape. Two joints when length is over 25m.

7,Core shouldn't be out of shape, brand mark should be in good condition.

Marks and Packing

1,The product should be printed in brand mark, logo or insignia.

2,Cutting rolled aluminum foil tape should be boxed by corrugated case.

3,Certificate of approval must be attached in the packing case, with date in produced, name of checker and testing qualified chapter.

4,Out of the packing should be printed with registered trademark, prodcut name, factory name, address, specification, lot number, quantity, grade,date in produced and marks of no upside down, keep dry

5,Packing can be made according to customer request.

Storage

1, This product should be storaged indoors, not allowed to pile up in wet ground or open area, get away from source of heat and naked flame. Avoid overheating or undercooling.

2, Under the above storage condition, the quality guarantee period of aluminum foil tape is 2 years.
